More than sitting quietly
A place to learn, practice, and return.
Meditation can be solitary. It does not have to be lonely.
The Stillness Membership combines live guided meditation with psychology, contemplative teaching, and honest group reflection. Each meeting gives us enough time to explore an idea, hear what it brings up, and practice together without rushing toward a tidy conclusion.
You do not need an established meditation practice, a perfectly calm mind, or the ability to sit like an enlightened houseplant. You only need curiosity and a willingness to begin where you are.
A steady place to return to yourself—and to people who are also paying attention.
The weekly rhythm
Ninety minutes with room to go deeper.
Each group has its own natural shape, but the structure balances understanding, conversation, and direct contemplative experience.
Arrive together
A grounded opening and space to notice what members are bringing into the room that week.
Explore a theme
Accessible teaching drawn from psychology, mindfulness, Buddhist and yogic philosophy, and lived experience.
Reflect and discuss
Thoughtful conversation that helps translate abstract ideas into something personal and usable.
Practice
A guided meditation of approximately twenty to thirty minutes, adapted to the theme and group.
Integrate
A gentle closing with room for questions, observations, and one thing to carry into the week.
Continue privately
Full access to Kintsura Within for meditations, interactive practices, private reflection, and resources between meetings.

How founding enrollment works
First, we find the shared time.
Joining the waitlist is free and does not obligate you to enroll. It helps identify which proposed group can begin first.
Select every time you could attend
Choose one, two, or all three options. You will ultimately join only one weekly group.
I watch for a viable group
When at least four interested members share a time, I will contact that group with a proposed start date.
Founding enrollment opens
You will receive the private enrollment link and full schedule details before making any payment.
The group begins
Once at least four members enroll, the weekly group is confirmed and everyone receives joining instructions.
Weekly practice + the complete Kintsura Within portal
The founding price is reserved for the first members who help bring the initial groups together.

Which times could work for you?
Select every group time you could reliably attend. Choosing more than one helps the first group form sooner.
You are not purchasing anything today. I will contact you before enrollment opens, and you can decide then whether the confirmed time and start date still work.
Good questions
Before you add your name.
Do I pay when I join the waitlist?
No. The waitlist is free. You will receive a private enrollment invitation only after a viable group time has been identified.
What if I select more than one time?
That is encouraged. Selecting a time means you could reliably attend it—not that you are joining multiple groups. You will enroll in only one.
When will the group begin?
A group will be proposed when at least four interested people share an available time. Because this depends on demand, there is not yet a guaranteed start date.
Do I need meditation experience?
No. Instructions will be accessible to beginners while leaving room for experienced meditators to deepen their practice.
Is this therapy?
No. The Stillness Membership is a meditation, education, and reflective group. It is not group therapy, crisis support, or mental health treatment.
What is included in the price?
The $89 founding membership includes one 90-minute live group each week plus full access to the Kintsura Within portal.
