Who's Behind Kintsura Coaching?

My name is Liz, and I’m a Certified Mental Health coach, lifelong student, and graphic & web designer.

 

I have training through the HG Institute, Headspace, and have over 1900 hours in 1-1 and group coaching! I also teach meditation. I’m very passionate about this field and doing my absolute best to be a source of encouragement, compassion, and comfort for my clients.

 

I have my own personal experiences with generalized anxiety disorder, meditation experiences (both good and not-so-good), depression, spirituality, depersonalization, and dissociation. This has allowed me to better truly empathize and understand another’s life experiences.
